Eine komplexe Pflegeintervention zur multidisziplinären Nachsorge von Herzinsuffizienz: eine randomisierte kontrollierte Pilotstudie (RCT)

Aus dem internationalen Kontext ist bekannt, dass eine strukturierte Nachsorge mit multidisziplinären Versorgungsprogrammen positive Auswirkungen auf Mortalität, Morbidität und Lebensqualität bei Menschen mit chronischer Herzinsuffizienz hat.

Der Inhalt und die Struktur solcher Nachsorgen variieren jedoch je nach Studie und Kontext im Bereich der Gesundheitsversorgung.

Daher ist für jede Zielregion und jedes Zielumfeld im Gesundheitswesen eine randomisierte kontrollierte Studie (RCT) erforderlich, um die Wirksamkeit einer Intervention zur Nachsorge zu bewerten.

Zunächst müssen die methodischen und verfahrenstechnischen Unsicherheiten im Zusammenhang mit einer RCT sowie die Akzeptanz einer Intervention im jeweiligen Kontext berücksichtigt werden.

Die drei Hauptziele waren:

  1. Einholung ausreichender Informationen zur Rekrutierung, um eine vollständige RCT zu konzipieren

  2. Untersuchung der Akzeptanz der Intervention und der Verfahren durch Patienten, Pflegefachpersonen und Ärzte

  3. die Effektgrösse der Intervention auf die von den Patienten berichteten Ergebnisse (z. B. Selbstmanagement) und auf die klinischen Ergebnisse (z. B. Überleben, Spitalaufenthalt) abzuschätzen
