The joint library of the School of Health Sciences Fribourg (Heds FR) and the School of Social Work - Fribourg (HETS-FR) offers a bilingual collection of around 30,000 books, journals, final-year projects and DVDs covering the fields of health and social work. It is open to students and teaching staff of both schools, as well as to anyone looking for information in these fields.

The library is part of the Swiss Library Service Platform (SLSP) network, which brings together nearly 500 academic libraries throughout Switzerland. Swisscovery, the search platform operated by SLSP, provides access to more than 30 million books, series, journals and other documents, as well as more than three billion electronic articles.

Since 2017, a selection of Bachelor's theses in Nursing as well as Bachelor's and Master's theses in Osteopathy has been available on the Sonar platform.
